Return and Refund Policy
We hope you loved your Bomboná bag. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order at bombonacolombia.com, please return the item to us within 14 calendar days following the date of delivery.
The item must be in perfect condition, and returned in its original packaging, along with all the accessories.
Steps to follow if you want to return your item:
1. Contact our customer service department as soon as possible so we can provide you with the return authorization form.
2. Fill-in the authorization form online and send us back the item you wish to return the latest 14 calendar days following the date on which the bag was delivered to you as per our courier records.
3. We will examine the returned item as soon as we receive it. If the item is eligible for return, we will refund you the full amount paid for the product to the card with which you made the payment.
Please note that Bomboná will not be responsible or liable if any item you wish to return to us is lost, misdirected or delivered late.

*Cancellations are possible within 24 hours after you submitted your order if the order has not been processed. If the order has already been processed, please wait until you receive the goods and contact us to apply for a return.
