3. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including but not limited to designs, text, graphics, logos, images, and the brand name “Bomboná,” is the exclusive property of Bomboná Colombia. You may not reproduce, copy, or resell any part of our designs or brand assets without express written permission.
4. Payments and Pricing
Payment Methods: We accept payments via PayPal and Credit Cards for international orders, and EzPay for orders within the Taiwan market and ePayco for orders within Colombia.
Security: By providing payment information, you represent that you have the legal right to use the chosen payment method.
5. Shipping, Risk of Loss, and Customs

Transfer of Risk: The risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon our delivery to the shipping carrier.
International Shipments & Duties: For any order requiring international transit (crossing a national border), the customer is the “Importer of Record.” You are responsible for all import duties, local taxes, and customs fees levied by the destination country.
Customs Delays: We are not liable for delays caused by local customs authorities. As stated in our Refund Policy, orders held in customs are not eligible for refunds until the item is returned to us or officially declared lost by the courier.
