Bomboná carriel bags weigh between 0.7- 0.8 kilos (the mini version 0.6 kilos), so they are a lot lighter that the traditional Colombian carriel bags.

We have purposely adapted the design to be more versatile and have included 3 internal compartments and 2 zippered pockets, reducing weight while retaining practical functionality.

Yes! The standard Bomboná carriel is compact yet spacious. It comfortably fits a folding umbrella along with your everyday essentials like your phone, keys, wallet, and sunglasses—with room to spare.
