This website is operated by Bomboná Colombia. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Bomboná Colombia. By accessing our site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Artisan Nature of Products

All Bomboná pieces are unique and handcrafted in Colombia.

• Variations: Due to the artisanal process, slight variations in color, texture, size, and weave are inherent characteristics of the product and are not considered defects.

• Accuracy: We endeavor to display product colors as accurately as possible; however, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display will be perfectly accurate.

3. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including but not limited to designs, text, graphics, logos, images, and the brand name “Bomboná,” is the exclusive property of Bomboná Colombia. You may not reproduce, copy, or resell any part of our designs or brand assets without express written permission.

4. Payments and Pricing

• Payment Methods: We accept payments via PayPal and Credit Cards for international orders, and EZPay for orders within the Taiwan market.

• Security: By providing payment information, you represent that you have the legal right to use the chosen payment method.

5. Shipping, Risk of Loss, and Customs

• Fulfillment: Orders are fulfilled from our studio in Colombia or our local distribution hubs (e.g., Taiwan).

• Transfer of Risk: The risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon our delivery to the shipping carrier.

• International Shipments & Duties: For any order requiring international transit (crossing a national border), the customer is the “Importer of Record.” You are responsible for all import duties, local taxes, and customs fees levied by the destination country.

• Customs Delays: We are not liable for delays caused by local customs authorities. As stated in our Refund Policy, orders held in customs are not eligible for refunds until the item is returned to us or officially declared lost by the courier.

6. Limitation of Liability

Bomboná Colombia’s total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the purchase price of the product. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from shipping delays or product use.

7. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Colombia. Any disputes shall be resolved through the competent courts of Colombia.
