We hope you loved your Bomboná product, we really take great care in creating each piece for you and we inspect it throughly before shipping.
Please note that our products are 100% handmade by Colombian artisans who have learned traditional techniques from their ancestors. As any handcraft, slight differences in each product is what makes it unique! We only use natural leather, therefore natural stains, wrinkles, lines, or small bumps are a proof that you are getting real leather instead of artificial leather, such as PU.
Also, when you get our products using cowhide, you are getting a totally unique piece! Please note that the cowhide pattern of each bag might vary slightly from the photo, but will be having similar colors.
These slight differences in each product due to the manual techniques used, its materials (cowhide or natural leather, such as the leather showing natural stains, wrinkles, lines, or small bumps) will not be accepted as conditions to return the item as being defective or damaged. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order at bombonacolombia.com, please contact us and return the item to us within 14 calendar days following the date of delivery. The item must be unworn, unused and in its original packaging along with all its accessories.
You will be refunded of the value you paid for the product, however, the shipping fees are at your expense.
Steps to follow if you want to return your item:
1. Contact us at support@bombonacolombia.com within 14 days of having received our product so we can provide you with the return authorization form.
2. Fill-in the authorization form online and send us back the item you wish to return within 14 calendar days from the date on which the product was delivered to you as per our courier records.
3. We will examine the returned item as soon as we receive it. If the item is eligible for return, we will refund you the full amount paid for the product (not including the shipping fees) to the card or account with which you made the payment.
Any returned items which have been used or have been damaged, are unsuitable to be sold, and therefore are not eligible to be returned or refunded. If the product is not eligible for return, Bomboná will not be responsible to store it or send it back; it will be your sole responsibility to pick it up or arrange your own shipment at your expense.
Please note that Bomboná will not be responsible or liable if any item you wish to return to us is lost, misdirected or delivered late.
